Who is eligible?
ALL YOUTH who have been in the foster care system will have the opportunity to utilize the support and services offered by TouchStone7.
** Exceptions: All youth between the ages of 17 and 24 who have NEVER been in the foster care system will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
What are the requirements?
1. ALL YOUTH must have or have had a record within the foster care system.
** Exceptions are on a case-by-case basis.
2. ALL YOUTH must fall into one of the following categories:

Currently be in the foster care system and are 17 years old or will soon turn 17
Currently be in the foster care system and are between the ages of 18 and 21
Have signed themselves out of the foster care system, by choice, after turning 18 years old
Have completely aged out of foster care and are between the ages of 21 and 24
In jeopardy of being transferred out of the county causing disruption of education, employment, or connections to family, friends, and programs that provide stability
Related (e.g., a sibling) to a child currently in foster care, but not in the foster care system
Initial contact can be made by:

The youth. Contact TouchStone7 directly by phone or email
The DCP&P social worker assigned to the youth
Any third party with knowledge of someone who can benefit from the support and services provided by TouchStone7
Our aging-out youth should have the opportunity to maintain whatever stability they have in their lives so they can, not just transition into adulthood, but thrive in it.
